Returns and Refunds

If for some reason you are not completely happy with your purchase we will gladly refund the item for you, provided the purchase was made within the last 14 days,  was a full priced item, and is unused and not washed or altered in any way.  We reserve the right to deny a return if it does not meet any of these conditions.

After receiving the item in good order, we will process a refund. .

We are unable to offer exchanges on any items purchased from our website. We appreciate that you may sometimes change your mind,  and if this is the case we recommend purchasing the new item and following the returns process for a refund of the item you no longer require.

Before returning goods, please email us at sales@bodybelles.com.au to advise reason for return and for us to give you return instrucitons.

Please note that all postage costs must be covered by you.

Please note: Sale items cannot be returned unless faulty

Body Belles does not accept responsibility for returned products that go missing and do not reach us, therefore we recommend that you return products with a tracking number

If you received the wrong item or it was faulty, please contact us immediately at sales@bodybelles.com.au so we can correct it.
